The Vizsla is a sleek, muscular medium-sized hunting dog with a
beautiful rusty gold colored short coat and an aristocratic appearance.
It's tail is docked to 2/3 its original length. Loving and gentle the
Vizsla is smart and trainable. They are reliable with children; able to
adapt quickly to family life; They make a fine family companion and
are good in the home! Energetic and athletic; the Vizsla must receive
sufficient exercise. Dogs height 22 - 26 inches, weight 45 - 60 pounds.
Bitches height 20 - 24 inches, weight 40 - 55 pounds. The Vizsla is a
fine retriever with an excellent nose, the Vizsla naturally ranges and
points very well. |
