Kennels guarantees the puppy against fatal viruses for 5 days.
These include, Distemper, Parvo, and Corona virus. In the instance that
a problem occurs, the purchaser must call Prairie Kennels with any
questions or concerns immediately upon the first sign of illness. If
there is a serious health problem, the purchaser must take the puppy to
the Vet of their choice. If the puppy is diagnosed with any of the
viruses mentioned above we will reimburse for the vet bill up to the
cost of the puppy (not including shipping fees), Or return that puppy
for a different one. If for any reason during the term of this two year
guarantee that we give a refund for the purchase price, this contract
will automatically become null, and void. We will make no other refunds
beyond that point.
The purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian
within four business days of the arrival. A fecal to test for internal
parasites is required. If Parasites are found it is the owners’ expense
to treat for these.
Prairie Kennels must be informed immediately of the examination’s result
by email or mail. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of
the guarantee.
The buyer will keep the puppy current on all vet care including shots,
deworming, heart worm treatment, and flea, and tick treatments. The
buyer agrees to feed the puppy a premium dog food and not allow the
puppy to become obese.
This puppy is guaranteed against hip dysplasia up to two years of age.
If the puppy develops such a severe case of dysplasia that it cannot
function as a pet and must be euthanized, Prairie Kennels will replace
that dog with a puppy of equal value; as soon as a suitable replacement
becomes available. The buyer must return the ill puppy, and original
registration papers, unless other arrangements are made by the breeder.
Prairie Kennels makes no other warranty, written or implied; and is not
liable for any other veterinary bills or any other cost.
The guarantee is void if the puppy is sold, given away or transferred to
anyone other than original buyer.
Prairie Kennels ask that you sign and return a copy of this guarantee
and vet receipt within 20 days, it must be sent with delivery
confirmation, and you must keep the receipt for your proof of the date
and time sent. If we do not receive these documents, the guarantee is
voided. By signing below, you agree to, and fully understand the
guarantee and agree to abide by them as written or this contract will be
null and void.
